Order Processing

All orders placed on this website are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed.

Once payment is successfully completed, customers will receive:

• A payment confirmation email

Orders that remain unpaid will remain in a pending status and are subject to cancellation.

Shipping time frames

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier but generally range between 3–7 business days after shipment. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Lost,Delayed,or Damaged Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors.

Fufillment Limitations

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse fulfillment of any order due to:
